It comes after it was revealed that the singer can’t afford to pay her $2 million tax bill.
The beauty – who’s been caught up in estranged husband Tom Girardi’s 2020 bankruptcy case – has claimed that she is unable to pay $2,226,985.77 in California state taxes from 2019.
Talking finances on a recent episode of ROBH she said: ‘You can downsize and we’ve downsized, right? Certain things you don’t downsize on and that’s your glam.’
The ‘glam’ mentioned to the Bravo TV cameras is her $40,000/month entourage of makeup and hair stylists.

The mother-of-one added a pair of black jogger sweatpants to her casual and comfortable getup.
As she headed to the West Hollywood med spa she rocked a pair of black Nike Air Force 1 sneakers with a platformed white sole.
She wore them with black low-cut ankle socks and shielded her eyes with large black sunglasses.

The cosmetic establishment offers consumers specialty beauty services like body sculpting, cellulite treatment, and injectables like lip fillers.
According to the center’s official website, it’s the ‘world’s first art gallery spa’ and appointments are made by request.
The swanky salon provides specialty high-end indulgences from its self-proclaimed ‘body contouring experts.’
During each visit Erika took a moment to record some content for the business, which was posted on Instagram.

The bombshell’s service of choice was their EmSculpt NEO body sculpting procedure.
In one outtake she shared a clip of the machine used to administer the method and tagged the business page.
Another snippet showed Erika lying down on a bed with her shirt lifted so the contraption could wrap around her midsection.
Speaking to the camera she said, ‘Alright. hey there. I’m here at Elite Aesthetics getting one of my favorite treatments, EmSculpt, which is like 24,000 sit-ups in 30 minutes.
‘I promise you it works.’ There was a blanket over the lower half of her body as she relaxed with her arms behind her head.

In legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, Erika claimed she does not have the ‘ability’ to pay the California tax board, after receiving a notice from administers in May of this year.
The filing reads: ‘I am in the midst of trying to figure out the basis of this tax bill with the assistance of my business manager, who is also an accountant. I do not have the ability to pay the [California Franchise Tax Board] tax bill.’
Erika states in the docs that she is unsure if the tax board is ‘claiming any sort of lien’ in regards to her $750,000 pair of earrings which she has been asked to return due to Tom’s bankruptcy case.
It had been previously alleged in court filings that the earrings were bought via at client trust at Tom’s law firm Girardi Keese and written off as part of tax expenses. Erika was ordered to return the items to help pay off Tom’s creditors.
Erika’s ex-husband Girardi was accused of embezzling millions of dollars meant for the 2018 Boeing plane crash victims, and as a result, both have had to give up their lavish lifestyles
‘I never worked at the law firm of GK,’ Erika stated in her filing. ‘I never managed the finances of GK. I never had access to or knew anything about how TG or GK managed any of their client trust accounts.’
‘At the time, based on everything I knew, TG and our marital community had extensive net worth and TG and GK had very high income. I had no reason to doubt or question the source of funds used by TG to buy the earrings,’ she added.
‘I never knew or heard anything from anyone to the effect that any of the gifts that TG had given me at any time, including the earrings in 2007, were bought using money that did not belong to TG or that belonged to someone else.’
‘During our marriage, I believed that TG and GK were financially successful, extremely wealthy, and made large amounts of money,’ Erika added, and made it clear that Tom ‘handled all of our marital finances’ and that she had ‘absolutely no involvement in or knowledge’ of their business practices.

Erika was originally named with her estranged spouse in the December 2020 class action lawsuit filed by Edelson PC, accusing them of fraud and embezzlement in connection with funds earmarked for victims of the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash, in which all 189 people died onboard.
In January, she was dismissed from the ongoing lawsuit filed against Girardi in Illinois, however, the dismissal is not necessarily a legal win for the star. The case will be re-filed in a different jurisdiction.
Tom was once worth an estimated $264million, and the pair moved out of their luxury Pasadena mansion following the scandal.

In this week’s episode of RHOBH, Erika defended her financial choices during a trip to Mexico with her fellow housewives, where she had brought along her hair and makeup team.
‘You can downsize and we’ve downsized, right? Certain things you do n’t downsize on and that’s your glam, ‘she explained in a confessional as shots of her getting her tresses combed back and lips done were shown on screen.
Interspersed throughout her admission, shots of her blonde extensions, various jewelry, and cases of makeup were shown.
Erika compared her choice to fund her lavish lifestyle with those who choose to have large families. ‘Fashion, hair, makeup – to me, it’s art. Living art, and I enjoy that. And it shouldn’t be judged any other way. Nobody judges if people wanna have big families. I wanna buy a bunch of clothes.’
‘If you want to look good—it’s hair, it’s makeup, it’s wardrobe, and then those people that help facilitate that…they’re not cheap,’ Erika said on an episode of The Wendy Williams Show.
The reality star and pop singer is also known for boasting about her expensive lifestyle, particularly in the song Xxpen$ive, featuring the line: ‘It’s expensive to be me.’
